Just ordered a couple of books on the “reality” of actually
trying to build your own home. One of the titles is,
“Houses are Designed by Geniuses and Built by Gorillas”.
We can only hope that won’t be the case with our house…

As a “genius” one who has worked with both species on several hundred buildings, I can say with authority it pays to talk to the gorillas – bring a lot of bananas and they will talk. Sometimes, if properly fed, these gorillas have some good ideas more grounded in reality than the geniuses.
